|Marketing for Small Business
We work with you every step of the way to sharpen and hone your new marketing tools.
Determine the scope of your collateral
In print, online, or both? Either way, you'll work one-on-one with a graphic artist to ensure your marketing collateral presents a unified look and field across the full spectrum of media.
The first step in developing your marketing materials is to craft a design that accurately reflects the image you want to present to clients.
Together, our design staff has over 20 years of experience working on marketing collateral across all media outlets, working with small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
You'll work one-on-one with a graphic artist to ensure the design we come up with integrates into your existing marketing collateral to give your product and brand a unified look and feel.
This part of the process is completed before our web programmers become involved in your project.
Design approved by client
We write fresh copy and our designers search though an extensive database of stock photography to be used to enhance your image. We also offer custom photography packages.
Content approved by client
With your image crafted, it's time to apply your image onto specific marketing collateral ... postcards, business cards, brochures, flyers and a website, at your discretion.
You will see print proofs of all colateral before anything is sent to the press.
Print proofs approved by client
Once design proofs are approved, finished printed products are usually shipped out within 5 business days.
Transitioning to Web
Site Map Development
This phase goes hand in hand with the initial design work. Together, we determine the type of content, overall size, and structure of your website.
How much information do you want to present about your firm and your industry to the public for no fee?
How much more can be downloaded by current clients only?
Do you need a secure section of your website that requires log-in credentials?
The answers to these questions may influence the design of your new online marketing tools, so it's important to have these considerations met before beginning to program your website.
Site Map approved by client
Our web programmers step in to translate the design and concept we've created into Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) for use on the internet.
A website template is created, and web pages are built based on that template.
The pages are populated with copy and im.
The website is now in its final form, and is published to a ttdesigns testing server for final client refiew and approval.
It is our goal to keep you in the loop every step of the way, making any revisions to the design, copy or overall concept as you see fit during the respective stages of the process. But once the final "prototype" website is published, there may be some minor tweaks you wish to make.
It wouldn't seem like it, but for some of our clients, this is the longest stage of the entire process. The timing of this phase depends greatly on you and your input.
For our part, we will make all minor changed with 24 hours, and all major revisions within 5 business days.
You may take as much or as little time for review as you wish.
